"Order was mostly right, but the little stuff was a hassle"
I ordered from narcisorodriguez.com and the main item showed up correctly, which I definitely appreciated. But the sample I chose wasn’t the one they sent, and the gift wrap note was missing too. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s annoying because then you have to decide if it’s even worth reaching out over something small, and that just feels like extra effort for no reason. Shipping was fine, so overall it was okay, but I do wish they paid closer attention to the details.

I grabbed a bottle while it was on sale, i feel like it was worth the price. It smells more expensive than I expected, lasts a decent amount of time, and the delivery went smoothly. I don’t really have any complaints, seems like a good buy, right?

"Quick response and fair support"
They got back to me really quickly and helped sort out the issue without any hassle. To be fair, the problem itself wasn’t a huge one, but I appreciated that they still took it seriously and dealt with it properly

I bought a Narciso Rodriguez perfume from the site, i’m really impressed. I’d asked around before ordering and kind of felt dismissed, like I was overthinking whether it would actually last. But the scent stays on me all day, even after work I can still smell it on my jacket. Really happy I went ahead and got it.

I ordered a bottle from Narciso Rodriguez, i’m really glad I did. The scent is so pretty, soft, clean, and a little musky, but not in an overpowering way at all.
It lasts on my skin for hours, which I really appreciate. Even after a full day at work, I can still catch a bit of it, and I’ve gotten a few compliments too. Really happy with it, overall

"Packaging was really nice"
My order showed up packed really well, and neat it looked too. The box was sturdy, and nothing inside was damaged at all. I liked that it felt kind of special, but not too fancy or overdone. Happy with it, honestly.
